DOOR LEAF

The door from NoFrame done under your specification, could be prepared for painting or painted one.

The thickness of the door leaf is 40mm or 52 mm for the direction of opening to the outside or inside respectively and can be painted or an aluminum and the canvas is covered with high-quality soil.

The thickness of MDF is 6 mmOur door leaf filled with paper honeycomb ABS edges from 2 side.

CONNECTOR

A special connector is used to connect the door elements.
‍
‍Benefits:
• Perfect 90 angle in 30 seconds.
• Perfect fit of door frame elements at an angle of 90 degrees. Unlike with products of other manufacturers, the assembly does not depend on the installer's experience when mounted in a tight fit and does not require extra skills.
• No rust in the corner due to use of ZAMAK.
• The connector is hidden within the frame profile with two particular guiding edges, making false assembly impossible.

HINGES IN A POCKET FROM NOFRAME

Features
1. A minimum of 200.000 cycles.
2. No milling or drilling required for the installation.
3. Closed pockets avoid plaster to get inside the hinge.
In our frames we use Otlav hinges (Made in Italy).

SPECIFICATIONS

We offer a selection of standard door leafs, but we work flexibly and will be happy to meet any specific requirements from your side. Any required hardware milling is done by us.
Standard door leaf sizes:
Outside – 2000х600/700/800/900 mm.
Inside – 2010х600/700/800/900 mm.
‍
Individual door leaf sizes:
Outside - 2500 mm maximum height, 950 mm maximum width.
Inside - 2510 mm maximum height, 950 mm maximum width.
For door leaf dimensions exceeding 2510 mm in height and 950 mm in width, structures are calculated individually.
‍
The gap between the door leaf and the door frame is 3 mm.
The gap between the door leaf and the finishing floor is 10 mm.
